PeachiPop Studio – Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of custom-made and 3D printed products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any products purchased from PeachiPop Studio unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.

Custom & Personalized Items
All personalized, custom-designed, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please double-check all spelling, colors, and customization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

3D Printed Product Disclaimer
Our products are created using 3D printing technology. Minor layer lines, slight variations in color, and small cosmetic imperfections are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
