Welcome to PeachiPop Studio. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. General Information

This website is operated by PeachiPop Studio. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to PeachiPop Studio. By visiting our site and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

PeachiPop Studio specializes in 3D printed products, including fidgets, clickers, keychains, toys, accessories, and custom creations.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, slight variations in color, texture, layer lines, size, and appearance may occur. These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

Product photos are provided for reference. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized orders are made specifically for the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before placing an order. PeachiPop Studio is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including spelling, names, colors, or design selections.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

5. Shipping

Processing and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

PeachiPop Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds except in cases where an item arrives damaged or we made an error in fulfilling the order.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.

7. Product Safety

Many of our products contain small parts and are not intended for children under 5 years of age.

Adult supervision is recommended when products are used by children.

Customers assume all responsibility for the proper use of products purchased from PeachiPop Studio.

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, logos, photographs, branding, graphics, and website content are the property of PeachiPop Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

PeachiPop Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

10. Order Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, abuse, or unauthorized resale.
